Pepsi sends BBNaija Shine Ya Eye stars back, after they reject aircraft provided for Dubai trip

• Shine Ya Eye stars, who were to fly to Dubai got disappointed, as the business class aircraft promised to them by Pepsi wasn’t provided, rather a poor quality economy class.

Each one of the Big Brother Naija season 6 Shine Ya Eye stars, who were about to be taken to Dubai, have been sent back to their homes after they rejected an aircraft provided for their trip.

On Monday, November 22, each of the Shine Ya Eye stars, was seen at the Lagos airport, about to fly over to Dubai for the annual One Africa Music Fest, slated to hold on Friday, November 26.

The trip was courtesy of Pepsi Nigeria, who made it possible for all the Housemates to attend the music festival.

It would be recalled that during the BBNaija Shine Ya Eye show, certain Housemates won a task sponsored by Pepsi. But Big Brother, in his absolutely benevolence, decided to give everyone in the House, at the time, the opportunity to be in Dubai for the music festival.

The reality stars were about to fly to the United Arab Emirates on Monday, but it has been halted, as a result of the flight provided for the journey.

Tega had earlier on Monday evening, took to her Instagram live, to complain about the poor quality aircraft provided for them.

She was heard questioning Pepsi, on the reason it didn’t keep its promise to get them a business class flight, rather than one where a passenger can’t sit comfortably.

Some of her colleagues who were present at the airport, also revolted, as they unanimously rejected boarding the flight to Dubai.

Housemates like Michael, Whitemoney, Saga expressed disappointment, as they were seen driving back home, after they couldn’t join in the trip, because of the discomfort in the aircraft.

Following the revolt, Pepsi immediately cancelled the trip, and allowed everyone back to their respective homes.

Meanwhile, we’ve gathered few reactions from social media users, concerning Pepsi’s decision to cancel the trip.
