• Tega’s husband said that since his wife got evicted from Biggie’s House on Sunday, September 5, till on Monday he had this interview, (almost 24 hours), he hasn’t seen her and they haven’t spoken on phone.
Mr Ajeboh Dominic, also known as Ajmoney, husband to ex-Big Brother Naija season 6 Shine Ya Eye contestant and reality television star, Tega Dominic has broken silence, following his wife’s ‘unforgivable’ behaviour in the BBNaija House.
Recall that barely a week ago, on Wednesday, September 1, Tega and her fellow male Housemate, Boma were captured in a video making out in bed together.
The video, which trended all over the internet, got a lot of people talking as to why Tega has decided to cheat on her husband, even after identifying herself amongst fellow Housemate, as married with a kid.
Few days after Tega’s act with Boma, they both unfortunately got evicted from the House last Sunday, alongside fellow Housemates, Michael and Peace, for receiving least votes in the viewers voting chart.
However, media personality, Tunde Ednut decided to interview Tega’s husband on Monday, September 6 to hear from him, concerning the wife’s unimaginable behaviour in the House.
Mr Dominic expressed so much disappointment on whatever his wife has done in the House, adding that he couldn’t believe she did what she did in the House, even after his advice, before she left for the show.
When asked if it’s true that he permitted Tega to do whatever she wishes in the House, judging by what Tega told Boma in the House, that ‘my husband will understand and he allows me to do whatever I want’;
He said, “I’m going to be honest. Before she left into the Big Brother House, she said something about, going to do everything, but she was not going to have sex. I was like, ‘what do you mean by I’m going to do everything?’
“I advised her to go in there and represent as a married woman, which she agreed with me. So, I really don’t understand what I was seeing on TV. I was broken when I saw that, I was really broken.
“I know where I’m coming from. We’re very responsible. Tega herself is a very good girl, but I wonder why she went there and just did what she did. I can’t explain it.
Tunde further asked Mr Ajeboh if since his wife, Tega got evicted from Big Brother’s House last Sunday, they have spoken over the phone or seen her;
He said, “No, I’ve not seen her. She has not seen me and I’ve not seen her and I’ve not called her, she has not called me.
He was then asked to explain how he feels now that his wife, Tega has left the House, though her exit must have been in connection with what viewers thought after the video trended;
He said, “I feel broken, I feel like my eagle has been tampered with. I feel so sad and terrible, I won’t lie. I can’t even leave my house, because of a lot of stories on the street. Like, basically, I’m broken and down, I won’t lie.”
Mr Ednut asked Ajeboh whether Tega has always behaved like this since their four years in marriage;
He said, “Tega has been a very very good girl. Let me forget this side of her, she has been a very good girl, like, I’m surprised. When I saw the video, I was like, this is not my wife, it seemed she was cloned. I told myself, this is not Tega.
“But that’s not my wife. I’ve never seen this side of her. Tega is a God-fearing human. She has never for one day, disobeyed me, or even trying to… oh this is a different Tega I’m seeing. I’m really shocked, I’m down, I’m broken.
“I want that Tega I used to know back, not the Tega in Big Brother House.
He was asked to tell the world what’s next with him and Tega, like, if their marriage is still going to go on, when she finally comes home;
Ajeboh said, “Basically, this is a very difficult question, really difficult, but, I’m just human, we’re all human. I believe we all sin and God always forgives us. So, I think, if I do anything funny right now, I don’t know what might happen.
“So, I think the best thing I’ll have to do,… And I believe she knows what she did was totally bad, but I think she needs us right now more than ever.
“I won’t throw her away, she’s my wife, yes, she has disappointed me, but, I think this particular thing comes with marriage. And I’ve never had issues with my marriage before, for the past four years. So, if this should be our first issue, so, then, I don’t think I should just abandon her.
“I think this is a time she needs me. What we need basically is for Nigerians to just pray for us. We need your prayers.
Well, if she comes back and say, ‘babe, I’m really sorry, what I did was bad, I went out of my will’, I will give her a second chance. But if she comes and still want to say what she did was okay, then, I will let her go, and we move.”
