• Housemates have began hoarding foods as they observed that food shortage is about hitting them soon.
It seems something is backfiring already in the Big Brother Naija season 6 Shine Ya Eye House, as the week three Head of House, Pere goes hungry following food shortage.
On Friday, August 13, day 19 of the show, Pere who was spotted in a conversation with Boma complained that he’s hungry and couldn’t find Indomie to cook in the kitchen.
As he tells Boma this, the latter informed him that some certain Housemates have been hoarding foods and taking to their rooms.
And Boma, who expressed how shocking it is, told Pere that this could undoubtedly be as a result of Whitemoney’s ban from cooking, because he could have known how to manage the food till the shopping day.
You could recall that on Tuesday, Pere in a brief meeting with the Housemates ordered that Whitemoney would be stripped of cooking for the House, henceforth.
Since the inception of the show, Whitemoney has been the only one helping out with the cooking and Housemates have been enjoying it until Pere became Head of House.
Pere had felt Whitemoney is using cooking as his strategy in the show, and referring to it as kitchen monopoly, the former US-based military personnel added that it’s unhealthy to see only one person cooking for the House, all the time.
So, the shortage of food being experienced by the Housemates could simply be linked to the waste of food by the new people appointed by the Head of House to handle the cooking.
Tega, Angel, Princess, Jaypaul and JMK were some the Housemates Pere appointed to take care of feeding the House until his tenure as the Head of House elapses.
