• Diane advised the fan to strive to become a better version of oneself and not aspiring to be like any celebrity because no one knows what that celebrity is passing through.
A fan of Big Brother Naija season 4 Pepper Dem reality television star and ex-contestant Precious Diane Yashim simply referred to as Diane has advised her fan on what to do after the fan wished she’s like her.
On Instagram, the BBNaija 2019 star engaged in a conversation with her supporters via the Instastory where she gave them chance to ask her anything.
One of the fans who presented a question told Diane that she (the fan) wants to be like her.
“I wish to be like you,” the supporter wrote.
Responding to the fan, Diane states that the statement seems very wrong because most celebrities fans look up to be like may be facing challenging battles and nobody knows because they mostly don’t make it public.
The Kaduna State-native continued that a celebrity can inspire a fan but if that fan ever wishes to be something, it should be a better version of oneself and not someone else.
“This statement is very wrong, my darling, people might be facing the most challenging battles and you won’t know because they don’t post about it,” Diane replied.
She continued, “Someone can inspire you, someone should/motivate you, But if you ever wish to be something, I wish that you will choose to be you, choose a better version of yourself and not someone else.”
