Famous Nigerian actor and critic, Uche Maduagwu has shredded afropop star, Davido after he declared himself the biggest artiste in Nigeria.
It could be recalled that few days ago, Davido was heard during an interview stating that he’s the biggest artiste Nigeria has ever produced in recent times, adding that he is the greatest in everything that concerns music.
However, taking to his Instagram page, Mr Maduagwu slammed Davido for his claim saying that being the biggest is not measured by how wealthy one’s father is or by the number of Instagram followers the musician accrued.
Uche cleared that when someone is said to be the biggest artiste in a country, it’s about street credibility and how the person connects the youth with his music.

Uche wrote, “#Davido, how can you say you are the biggest artiste in #Nigeria when you have never smell a #grammy nomination? This is why #wizkid ignores you o maa n be.
“Being the biggest is not measured by how cracked your vocal cord is neither is it about how wealthy your father is and definitely not about the number of #instagram followers, its about your street credibility and how you connect with the youth with your #music but can someone who allegedly deny being part of abuja #endsars protest in IG of police office be crowned a king?
