Nigerian lady identified as Bolaji Ekun has revealed how Big Brother Naija season 5 Lockdown reality television show winner and ex-housemate, Laycon secretly funded sickle cell foundation in order to help patients.
Bolaji stated recently on her Twitter page that her cousin took her son to sickle cell foundation in Idi-Araba, Mushin, Lagos to get drug for him, and she was told to pay little amount of money.
The cousin further inquired why she was to pay little amount and she was told by the doctors that Laycon has funded the foundation and instructed them to charge little amount from any patient henceforth.
The lady continued in her post, expressing how happy she was hearing what Laycon has done for his people after they supported him to win the BBNaija 2020 show.
She tweeted; “My cousin took her son to sickle cell foundation idiaraba to get drug for her son, she was told to pay little amount of money cos Laycon gave them money to treat SS patient. She cried and she was so happy cos her president love them. Thanks Laycon.”

Meanwhile, note that Laycon during the Big Brother Naija season 5 show revealed that he’s a sickle cell career even though he has kept it away from people for years.
He emerged winner of the season 5 reality TV show on September 27 after fiercely competing in the game alongside 19 other co-housemates.
He was rewarded with N85 million worth of prizes, inclusive of N30 million cash.
