
Big Brother Naija season 5 Lockdown ex-housemate and reality television star, Erica Ngozi Nlewedim has tendered a very candid advice to those who aspire to take part in Big Brother Naija reality TV show.
Speaking during a recent interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, the reality star was asked the kind of advice she will give to anyone who wishes to participate in the show.
Erica responded saying that the person needs to see a psychiatrist for two to three months and have a work on his or her mental health.
The Abia State-native added that the aspirants should make sure they don’t become as emotional as she was because it’s going to work to their own detriment.

Erica said; “See a psychiatrist before you go to Big Brother. See a psychiatrist for like 2 to 3 months before you step in there.
“Make sure you are not as emotional as I am. (Although being emotional tried to work out for me) But people would not go into Big Brother and try to copy another person.
“Just be mentally strong.”

Recall that Erica’s mental health was at stake the period she was in the Lockdown House with so much to talk about how co-housemates allegedly kept the environment mentally unhealthy for her with their hate and grudges against her.
This however resulted into Erica reacting uncontrollably following the pain she had been bottling up.
She got disqualified after she infringed on Big Brother House rules having previously received two strikes.
