EndSARS is a peaceful protest being organized by Nigerian citizens nationwide as well as worldwide in advice for the government to disband the operation of the notorious Police unit, Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS.
This has also been as a result of the aggressions and inhumane treatment being meted out on Nigerian citizens by SARS officers which had in the past few weeks and months seen so many unarmed youths killed unlawfully.
Recall that on Thursday, October 8, some celebrities like Falz, Runtown, Tiwa Savage, Rudeboy among other prominent entertainers took to the streets to protest alongside other citizens.
They’ve vowed to continue the protest until the government does something about what they’re asking for, which is to end and stop SARS from operating in the country.
