Cynthia Nwadiora, the Big Brother Naija season 3 first runner up simply known as Cee C has shared one of the ways she stays fit.
On her Instagram page, the Anambra State-native who was known as the most controversial housemate in BBNaija 2018 showed through her fitness routine, how she lives a healthy lifestyle.
Cee C was spotted with her fitness coach, Miss Chio Brown in the Glute sculpt video. Watch below and learn a little about how Cee C keeps fit.
The routines displayed in the video include, fire hydrant, elevated dolphin push up, leg tap and squat variation, jump squat, partner jump squat.

Miss Chio wrote;
