Nigerian reality TV star, Chinonso Opara popularly known as Kim Oprah told Ebuka during the 8th episode Pepper Dem Reunion Show that her eviction from BBNaija house in 2019 was a very big shock to her.
It could be recalled that when other housemates were asked who they got too surprised was evicted and would have made it to the finale, most of them responded mentioning Kim Oprah.
According to them, she brought her own game plan to the show and that alone made her had so much confidence in herself that she’ll make it to the finale, not until she was evicted.

So, after Ebuka emphasized on Kim stating that she was really surprised she left early, she took it up and shared more view on why she had so much strong feeling she would go far.
She said, “Yes I was, I was really surprised, I was mad, I was really furious, because I’m like someone did something wrong. Who is that person? I just wanted to go outside and fight whoever did something wrong.
“But at the end of the day, it’s a game show and you know at some point, I have to face up to that reality if I wasn’t the one that’s not going to win. But at the same time, I didn’t want to leave that early also. I felt like I would have had enough vote to stay, despite being up with tough people up there. I felt like I would have done pretty well.”
Ebuka asked her if she came across that overconfident which made her think she wasn’t going to be evicted on that day, because there was at some point the viewers began to see her as one who thought she was going to take home the prize money all by herself.
She continued, “That’s who I am. I think sometimes people have that perception of me because, that’s really who I am. I come out strong, I don’t want to make it feel like there’s weakness in me, even when I feel there’s a test to me or because of this person, I am not too sure of my stand in the house.
“I just embody my confidence and I feel it’s something that’s so and something I don’t need to talk about, I don’t need to speak. I just need to make everyone feel, this girl you got confidence.”
Then, Ebuka came up with another point asking Kim why she seemed to have a strategy of being cool with only male housemates, thereby rubbing off the support from female viewers who could have supported her the more.
She added, “I don’t think it’s so. The way I act come from the kind of person I am and the kind of experience that I’ve had with girls. I know women, when you’re cool with them they can be quick to stab you at the back.”
