Ex-Big Brother Naija reality TV star, Mercy Eke has shown a commendable example by taking to the street of Lagos, Nigeria to feed the poor citizens.
Covid-19 lockdown period is a very critical and at the same time, challenging moment when everyone has been in one way or the other affected by the novel Coronavirus outbreak.
It’s also that moment which some persons find as a point of duty to help the underprivileged members of the society in much ways they can so as not to allow them feel the negative impact the health crisis has posed on them.
Most Nigerian celebrities used this challenging period as the time when their fans and followers experience relief from the pain that accompanies the government’s lockdown and social distancing order.
In a video Valid Updates stumbled on the internet, Big Brother Naija season 4 winner, Mercy Eke was spotted feeding the less privileged masses on the street of commercial city of Lagos.
With her were some other friends who accompanied her with some relief materials and food which they were seen distributing to the greater number of people lined up on the street.
Mercy Eke shared the videos, Sunday, April 19 on her Instastory alongside some expressions which made it understandable that she loved the help she rendered. See video below;
