“I found grace in speaking my language”, ex-Big Brother Naija star, Nkechinyere Ede better known as Enkay wrote as she narrates how she got the attention of international brands after possibly wowing fans and followers in her comic series, Mummy GO.
Enkay started the skits not long ago and the topics of her series are not reliably centred on one aim because her pinpoint language is the indigenous Igbo language.
According to her, she began the 2020 year with a quiet prayer to God that she needs a breakthrough, right direction and guide through the storms which the year will bring her way.
Fortunately, what God presented to her as the breakthrough she had expected to be dramatic is a connection and yet-to-be sealed endorsements from various international brands that have seen and watched most of her “Mummy GO” video series on Instagram.
She noted that the mails she received kept on pointing at the uniqueness of her video skits as they haven’t come across such so exceptional and real.
Congratulations to Enkay.

“I FOUND GRACE IN SPEAKING MY LANGUAGE.
“I said a quiet prayer to God when the year started, asked him to show me my path to my breakthrough, my direction and to guide me through it. I said that prayer and rested everything in his hands.
“I kid you not when I tell you that I expected the signs of my breakthrough to be dramatic and show worthy but God had other plans. It was just one random video of me being myself, joking around like I always do and boom, it happened. And you say there’s no God?
“Now I get emails from international brands I never thought would look my way pushing to work with me and emphasizing on me using my language to work with them. Who knew”
