If you’re a Nigerian, you need not to think twice to understand what the statement by ex-Big Brother Naija reality star, Cindy Okafor clearly means.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) for over a week has been sending countless number of text messages which contain Covid-19 precautionary measures as a way to help Nigerian citizens take action and stay safe from contracting Covid-19 currently spreading in the country.
However, the Aba bred reality TV star took to her Instagram page on April 7, 2020 and wrote that whoever has given phone numbers belonging to Nigerians to NCDC should kindly avail the bank account details of Nigerian citizens to the Federal Government to start sending “similar text”, but this time in ”monetary form”
And if put into consideration, Cindy’s suggestion can go a long way into wiping the tears of some Nigerians who couldn’t afford to stay home, locked down and hungry.
