In a now deleted tweet, Nigerian music star, Adekunle Gold shared a Twitter direct message (DM) he sent to music executive, Don Jazzy, 9 years ago.
As seen on the screenshot, Adekunle was an up and coming graphic designer and artistes who had no one to ask for help except going to Michael Collins Ajereh‘s DM.
The “Orente” crooner opened up the conversation the first day by letting Don Jazzy know he’s a graphic artist and could help design album arts for artistes in the-then Mohits Records. And the message was sent on March 10, 2011.
On the second, third and fourth days which showed November 17, 2011, March 9 and 18 2012, Adekunle sent Don Jazzy a song he and his band group, Bridge recorded and music video he would want him to listen, watch and share.
However, in all the direct messages, Don Jazzy was able to give him a two words response and that’s “Thanks bro”.
