As custom and tradition demand, it is a popular practice among Africans, especially in Nigeria, to get traditionally wedded before two lovers could become married couple.
As a step towards consolidating his marriage and fulfilling traditional demands, Timi Bello, popularly known as Big Timi, and who is also a brother to the popular award winning afro pop singer, Korede Bello, has traditionally wedded his wife, Peniel Ajuka, yesterday at an undisclosed venue in the Southeastern region of the country.
The Mavin’s finest and ‘Godwin’ crooner, Korede Bello, who also attended the traditional marriage ceremony, took to his official Instagram account (@koredebello) to congratulate his brother and wife.
His post reads:
“We went to collect our wife.. Congratulations my people @penielajuka x @bigtimi”
