Coronavirus: Daddy Freeze, Waconzy, Linda Ikeji and Peks engage in a cold war of words

It is no longer news that On-Air Personality, Daddy Freeze, has been an unrepentant critique of church leaders and anything patterning to religion in Nigeria and even beyond.

Today seems to be one of those rare days Freeze unleashes savagery to mankind as he fights dirty on Instagram with Nigerian singer, Waconzy.

It all started when Nigerians flooded social media with the #HesGotTheWholeWorldInHisHands challenge as a result of the global pandemic, Coronavirus, which has been ravaging the world.

For some of these bigtime celebrities, social media users and even politicians like Former Kogi-West Senator, Dino Melaye, Oprah Winfrey inclusive, who have participated in the ongoing challenge, they feel and believe God alone can heal the world of this global pandemic, hence, the need for the challenge.

But for Daddy Freeze, who apparently wasn’t impressed with the trending challenge, took to his official Instagram page in an insta-live video to mock and lampoon those participating in the challenge, and in the process sparked off a controversial debate by saying “Satan is the god of this world and singing can’t save us“.

Freeze is of the opinion that a ‘mere song won’t save Nigeria in a time like this’. He further slammed tithe payers for donating to churches without building hospitals. “We have 100,000-seater churches in Nigeria but we do not have well-equipped hospitals. How many respirators do we have? he asked

Nigerian singer and “celebrate” crooner, Waconzy quickly took to Daddy Freeze’s comment section to slam him over alleged blasphemy.

He commented:

“Senseless question, how many ‘valentilators’ did cool FM provide ? Ode !”

Pissed with Waconzy‘s backlash, OAP Daddy Freeze proceeded to throw a freezing gibe at the singer which apparently dislocated the recipient.

He replied him: “why does your career need one?“.

And Waconzy replied: “I am a living legend. I don’t need to struggle anymore. I have made my statement plus am not a satanist.
I love Jesus πŸ™Œ”

Still infuriated, the singer, Waconzy headed to his Instagram page to call out Daddy Freeze and Linda Ikeji for blogging and promoting what the OAP said.

He posted an inscribed photo that reads: “Daddy freeze and linda ikeji Are confirmed satanists and demons“.

Having posted the above, he sent it forth with the caption: “Africa beware of these actors. Let’s Pray against them for the sake of the new generation! I know what I am saying! These guys are demons but I am here ! Power pass power . Simple

Interestingly, Daddy Freeze spared no time in replying him. He wrote:

“Poor forlorn dingbat, which one be valentilator again? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
– Change your name to β€˜wack’onzy, suits you better in my opinion.”

Meanwhile, when Waconzy‘s statements began trending and making headlines, Peks Ikeji, Linda Ikeji‘s younger brother came through for her. He invaded Waconzy‘s inbox and left a heartbreaking message:

“Why you no get sense? Pig πŸ–” he queried.

In a swift ride, Waconzy had to take a screenshot of the messages Peks left hanging in his inbox and posted on his page, with the caption:

“See linda ikeji gay brother responding to me .. nothing I will not see. It’s like these people dont know my story neither do they know the spirit that lives in me . I am not human . I am light in human form @peksikeji
I think he should be asking his sister, why she no get sense . ..”

However, Linda Ikeji has so far refrained from partaking in the ongoing war of words, even after being called out severally by singer, Waconzy.
