Big Brother Naija season 4 race to the finale has come to the final week as one housemate, Diane has seen the exit door.
The Monday night, September 30 eviction came as twist which saw Diane leave after being randomly picked out from an unlucky draw.
Frodd performed the task of picking Diane to be evicted as the second and final part of the privilege of his Ultimate Veto Power. Although, the choice wasn’t solely in his hands as he picked Diane’s name from the magic sac.
The remaining 6 Housemates were asked to get all the Bet9ja Coins in their possession including the big gold Bet9ja Coin they were each given four weeks ago.
They were now asked to drop all the Coins in the magic hat brought by Ninjas except the big gold ones. And that made their small Coins to be become redundant except for those of them like Mercy who spent theirs wisely.
However, September 29 Sunday live eviction saw Ike and Elozonam leave the show, and the Pepper Dem Gang were left with six Housemates and the Finale only had slots for five so someone had to leave.
Seyi, for winning the Head of House the previous week, automatically had secured a spot for himself in the Finale.
Mercy, by virtue of the immunity she bought with her Bet9ja Coins got her also a sweet spot in the Finale while Mike’s viewers save during the Sunday’s Live Eviction Show guaranteed him a spot in the Finale.
Diane and Omashola were the only two left without a guarantee so the decision had to be made between the two of them on who will leave Biggie’s house.
Diane and Omashola wrote their names on their big gold Bet9ja Coins and dropped it in a magic hat with the rest of the small Coins.
There, Frodd used his final Ultimate Veto Power privilege by picking which Housemate to go home through an unlucky draw.
The tensed moment saw Frodd dip into the sac picking time and again till he eventually picked Diane’s name.
This makes Diane the 21st Housemate to exit the Pepper Dem House, leaving the lucky five, Mercy, Mike, Seyi, Frodd, and Omashola see themselves in the Finale.
